2 Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To create an account and use the gaming services on the 9j999 platform, you must be at least 21 years old. Accounts belonging to underage users will be closed immediately and the associated balance may be forfeited.
2.2 Accuracy of Personal Information
All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information — must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. 9j999 reserves the right to terminate the account and forfeit all balances if false or incorrect information is provided.
2.3 Single Account Policy
Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed. This policy is strictly enforced to prevent bonus abuse.
3 Account Management
3.1 Login Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify the 9j999 support team immediately.
3.2 Verification Process
To ensure secure transactions, 9j999 may request identity verification at any time. This process may require submission of a national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Failure to complete verification may put your withdrawal on hold.
3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited
Selling, renting, or transferring your account to any third party in any manner is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the accounts involved will be closed immediately.

5 Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at 9j999 receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only, not on the deposit plus bonus). Example: for a ৳1,200 bonus, you must complete ৳1,200 × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets.
5.3 Bonus Usage Policy
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used to play games.
- Each bonus offer has its own time limit — if wagering is not completed within the specified period, the bonus will be cancelled.
- It may not be possible to keep multiple bonuses active at the same time — the terms of each offer apply separately.
- Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.
- 9j999 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
